Introduction
VKL Apps ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile game Ice Cream Rush: World Tour (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use the App on iOS.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Information We Collect
The App may collect the following types of information automatically through third-party services integrated into the App:
- Gameplay and usage data: such as levels played, scores, session length, screen views, and in-app events (for example level start or completion, game over, tutorial completion, and boss fights).
- Advertising data: such as ad impressions, interactions, and identifiers used by ad networks to deliver and measure ads.
- Device and diagnostic data: such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and performance data to help us fix bugs and improve stability.
- Purchase-related events: such as attempts to purchase or restore in-app products (for example, removing ads). We do not receive or store your full payment card details; billing is handled by the App Store.
We do not require you to create an account to play the App, and we do not knowingly collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number through the App itself.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the App and gameplay experience;
- Understand how players use features and levels;
- Display advertisements and offer optional in-app purchases;
- Monitor crashes and fix technical issues;

Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device or usage patterns. These services include:

- Firebase Analytics: for understanding app usage and engagement.
- Firebase Crashlytics: for crash reporting and app stability monitoring.
- App Store / StoreKit: for processing in-app purchases and restorations.
Advertising, ATT, and Personalization
The App is free to download and may show ads. You can purchase an optional in-app product to remove ads. On iOS, the App may request tracking permission through App Tracking Transparency. You can change this later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Ad partners may use device-level identifiers to serve and measure ads.
Data Retention
Analytics, crash, and advertising data are retained according to the retention policies of the respective third-party providers, or as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy.
Children's Privacy
The App is designed for a general audience and may appeal to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address the request.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. Because much of the data is processed by third-party providers, you may also manage some preferences through your device or Apple settings. International Users
Information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
